Annual Fees apply to all programs and are due every year by September 1. ICA programs who submitted a Program Assessment Review (PAR) in the previous fiscal year or those programs who are currently in the Program Assessment Review process do not need to submit an Annual Report. All other programs must submit an Annual Report every year by December 1.

If a program submits an Annual Report one (1) month late, that program will be assessed a $50 late fee. If a program submits an Annual Report two (2) months late, that program will be assessed a $100 late fee and put on Administrative Probation.
